NeoStreamShop sells digital products only — stream widgets, mascots, villages, commands, and related downloadable tools. There is no physical shipping. Delivery is an instant digital download after purchase.

1. How digital delivery works

After you complete checkout (via our payment partner), you receive immediate access to your product files and setup instructions. No parcel is sent, and no carrier is involved.

• You get your download link and/or access page right after payment confirmation.
• Setup guides are available on our Setup Guide page.
• If a download link expires or fails, contact us and we will restore access.

2. Shipping cost & delivery time

Because all products are digital:

• Shipping / delivery cost: always 0 USD (or 0 in the currency of your purchase).
• Handling time: 0 business days — delivery starts as soon as payment is confirmed.
• Transit time: 0 days — files are delivered electronically, not by mail.

These values are the official delivery terms for every NeoStreamShop product listed on this website and in Google Merchant Center / Google Shopping.

3. Countries & availability

Digital products can be purchased and downloaded from any country where our payment partner operates. There are no geographic shipping restrictions for digital delivery.

4. Returns & refunds

Digital products are delivered instantly. Once a download or access link has been provided, the product is considered delivered.

• If you cannot access your files, experience a technical issue, or received the wrong product, contact us and we will help resolve it (re-send access, fix the issue, or refund when appropriate).
• Refund requests for change-of-mind after a successful download may be declined, in line with common digital goods practice and applicable consumer law.
• To request help or a refund review, reach us via Discord or Twitter / X.

Return window for unresolved delivery issues: 14 days from the purchase date. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
